HOW IT STARTED

Hey I’m Meg founder of Fempreneurs. I’m also a mum of two girls, two Jack Russells, and wife to a cycling enthusiast. Welcome to this incredible community of women-owned businesses!

How did it begin? Well, a friend of mine was trying to take her business to the next level, but the idea of taking the next step was very overwhelming. She had very little time to build an expensive e-commerce website and commit more time and further funds to social media marketing… Sound familiar? Some women don’t even get to take the first step to starting a business due to all the perceived ‘scariness’ involved.

I thought; there must be SOMEWHERE busy female entrepreneurs, like my friend, can list their businesses or create a store to sell their products, that’s affordable and easy to use. A community of coaches and providers designed to help them grow their side hustles into a full-time career?
Enter Fempreneurs – designed by women, for women entrepreneurs.

A ‘safe space’ to launch and run a business with an ecosystem of tools and services needed to help you succeed. A community of like-minded women to support you while navigating life’s other hardships.
All of this at affordable rates! What a way to start right?

We are Fempreneurs ourselves, so understand the challenges that you are facing.

Let me introduce my co-founders and team! Each of these women has their own family, business, and unique skill set. They have been instrumental in helping me realise my vision which is Fempreneurs.

“There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish.”

MEET OUR TEAM

Our (ever-growing) team has dedicated their time and energy to making what Fempreneurs is today.
Each of these dynamic women, whilst running their own businesses and careers, all share our vision and ultimate goal;
HELPING GROW FEMALE-OWNED BUSINESSES IN SOUTH AFRICA.

Meg has a “why reinvent the wheel?” approach to building this company. Why struggle to try to do everything ourselves when there are capable, willing women out there? Each of whom are experts in their fields, and can add value to our ecosystem.
